We haven’t sent them to Antarctica, but we do have customers who are using AirSkirts all winter in very cold areas like British Columbia, Alaska, Montana, the Dakotas, Colorado… They’ve reported using AirSkirts at temps of 40 below freezing with no problems!
When you’re in subzero temps for more than a day, we suggest taking extra precautions, such as using a heater under your rig. More info on that can be found here.
We also suggest using a heated water hose. The best we’ve found is made by nofreezewaterhose.com.
