AirSkirts tubes are made of a rugged 0.6mm PVC tarpaulin. This is the same material used to manufacture inflatable boats and rafts, so it’s extremely difficult to puncture. If you do manage to poke a hole in it, it’s really easy to patch! You can find instructions on how to do that here.
