Return Policy:

Before you consider a return, check out our guaranteed fit policy. If you’re having issues installing your AirSkirts or find that you have large gaps, send us photos of your setup and we can help with any adjustments to the kit you have or arrange a tube swap. Please take photos from a distance showing all four sides of your RV as well as closer photos of any gaps. These should be taken from about two feet away.

We know you’ll love your AirSkirts but in case of an issue, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us at [email protected] or 833-475-4787 and we’ll start the hassle-free process and send you a return label to place on the box(es). Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, or you may choose to ship them yourself.

In the unlikely event that you choose to return the product, please tell us what didn’t work for you. We strive to have the best product and we welcome your feedback.

Your Cost

All returned items must be in undamaged, salable condition. The cost of damaged items, including punctured items, will be deducted from the total refund and these items should not be returned.

If you choose to have AirSkirts generate FedEx return labels for you the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping for a full AirSkirts kits can cost $50-$150+ depending on the kit size and your location.

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed at AirSkirts discretion.

Within 5-7 days of processing your return a credit will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, the credit card processing network can take 5-10 days to reflect a refund in your account.

Extra Items

Because our kits can be configured in a variety of ways to fit your RV and because of the wide variety of RVs available, you may receive more tubes than needed for your configuration. Because of this and because our kit prices are heavily discounted these individual items are not eligible for return.
