In the unlikely event you puncture a tube, here’s how you fix it:
Using the patch material that came in your welcome kit, cut a circle at least one inch larger than the hole. Prep both the patch and the tube by cleaning with soap and water, then remove any debris with rubbing alcohol and allow to dry. If you need more patch material, get in touch with your address and we’ll mail you some.
You’ll need to get some liquid PVC intended for inflatable watercraft such as this product or HH-66 vinyl cement. You can find this at any local hardware store or online retailer. Follow the instructions on the packaging, being sure to allow the adhesive to cure fully before re-inflating the tube.
