We guarantee your kit will fit your RV. If you find that the provided tubes don’t fit, we will swap tubes to complete your setup at no cost to you (as long as the correct kit for your RV was ordered). If you order the incorrect kit you will be contacted prior to shipping – in this case you must change to the correct kit or this policy will be waived. Keep in mind kit sizes are based on the overall length of your RV, bumper to bumper or bumper to hitch, as stated by the manufacturer. This policy is valid for 60 days from receipt of your kit. If you have gaps, please email us photos showing all four sides of your RV as well as closer shots of the problem area(s) from about two feet away. We’ll help you out with any adjustments you may need to make to your existing layout or arrange a tube swap to get the fit correct.
Because our kits can be configured in a variety of ways to fit your RV and because of the wide variety of RVs available, you may receive more tubes than needed for your configuration. Because of this and because our kit prices are heavily discounted these individual items are not eligible for return.
If you choose to purchase a smaller kit than suggested, or are unable to provide your model number and we cannot verify that you have the correct kit we will charge a discounted rate for any additional tubes you may need and may charge for shipping if we need to swap pieces.
